"Don't work too hard, okay?"

Funny thing, I don't think anybody's ever said that to me before. Hell, most of my friends have probably never heard those words in that order in the same sentence in their entire life. And the fact that it came from a complete stranger... now, why is that?

A customer tipped his hat to me the other day, as he was leaving. It was a baseball cap, but, nonetheless...

There was a motorcycle parked outside. Today someone asked me, "Is that your bike?"
Ha! I wish!

today was my sister's birthday. happy birthday, wendy!

i had work till eight and i didn't find out we were going out for dinner until about 6. so that irked me off because i have a shitload of homework to do, but i decided not to let it get to me because it's my sister's birthday. she's nineteen today. we went to go eat sushi. birthdays are like the only time that we ever ever ever go out to eat, and we've only started that one or two years ago. but anyway. i was mildy amused, but more so irritated, when we sat down, because my dad was the last person to sit, and my mom could have taken the seat next to me but she chose the other one, which left him one seat. okay mom, you can sit me next to him but it's not going to make us talk.

anyway. we got home around 10, almost? 9:30, 9:45 maybe. and we cut a cake and then i started hw.

-tea party beachnic today!
